Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. seeks a Manager for Data and Deal Management (DDM). This role oversees Mexico City operations across Data Analytics, Cash Management, and Participations Setups, ensuring timely and accurate task completion per business standards.

You will work with DDM/FCRA leadership to develop knowledge across the department, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional projects with Directors and VPs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or Project Management certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional Tech or Financial experience, including 1–2 years of prior people management experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment and matrix management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee statement-related operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Mexico City team and coordinate with DDM/FCRA leadership.
• Drive team development through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning with People & Culture.
• Identify and support system and process improvements across DDM/FCRA (including SAP, JIRA).
• Perform and supervise special projects and analyses with actionable feedback to staff.
