Carrier seeks a Finance Analyst & Fixed Assets to perform general accounting activities, reconciliations, and support audits. You will manage fixed assets, CAPEX tracking, and financial reporting with strong attention to detail.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years in finance or fixed assets, advanced Excel, and English proficiency. SAP, AS400, Power BI and HFM experience are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, fixed assets, accounting, cost accounting, or similar areas.
• Practical knowledge of accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Performing accounting activities in accordance with established accounting principles and standards, including general accounting, general ledger, project, and/or government accounting
• Compiling and maintaining accounting statements, reports, general ledger accounts, cost revenue reports, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations
• Monitoring account entries and control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations based on financial data
• Supporting internal and external audits, as well as project activities, ensuring timely and quality execution
• Comparing budget versus actual costs and providing insights to support financial discipline
• Preparing basic financial analysis to support accurate financial reporting
• Following accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure compliance with standards
• Managing fixed asset administration, including tracking investment projects, CAPEX, and capitalizations
