Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Finance Analyst to perform analysis of expenses, investments, cash flows, and production costs. You will support multiple business units with financial information to inform organizational decisions.

Responsibilities include monthly reporting, obsolete reserve preparation, month-end variance analysis for material costing, warehouses audits, and inventory support. Strong English skills and SAP costing experience are valued.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance.
• Experience handling Mexican and US cost considerations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze costs of production and operations to inform financial decisions.
• Analyze investment projects and transfers for ROI and cash flow implications.
• Prepare monthly material presentations.
• Prepare monthly obsolete reserve reports for management.
• Perform month-end variance analysis for material costing.
• Audit warehouses and support cycle counts and inventories.
• Support strategy plans and goals of the Finance team; coordinate with non-direct subordinates.

Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

Perform activities of collection and financial information analysis, related with expenses, investments, cash flows and returns; analyze the costs of production and operations of the company, providing support to different business units and functional departments to calculate the financial impact of their projects and provide the necessary information for organizational decision making.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

• Follow strategies related to Mexican and US costs between different products .
• Analyze investment projects , new products and transfers from other plants; based on the potential savings, costs, return on investment, and cash flow .
• Prepares and presents the Monthly material presentation .
• Prepares monthly Obsolete reserve report and presents to material and finance management .
• Performs Analysis of variances for month end related to material costing .
• Performs Audits to warehouses and cycle counts process and support Physical Inventories.

Additional Functions:

• Evaluating risks for the company .
• Negotiations that may impact entire company .
• Follow plans, strategies and goals of Finance team. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Material Costing and Financial Analysis.
• SAP experience in material costing.
• Strong technical experience in Financial field.
• Experience leading improvement projects.
• Training, supporting, coaching and advising not only specialists but also Management.
• Creating plans, strategies, goals for Finance team, and also Coordinate activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates.
• Advanced English Level: Spoken and written.
