P&G Alce Blanco Plant is offering a part-time, on-site Finance & Accounting Internship in Naucalpan de Juárez. The program targets current Finance, Accounting, Economics or Actuarial Science students who expect to graduate between December 2027 and December 2028.

The internship lasts 12-18 months with a flexible schedule of 4, 6.5 or 8 hours per day, and includes hands-on exposure to forecasting, cost management, and digital reporting.

Formación

• Basic finance and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with digital tools like Power BI, Excel, SAP; interest in data analysis.
• Advanced English (to be evaluated).

Responsabilidades

• Financial forecasting and analysis support: assist in preparing and reviewing site forecasts.
• Cost management and savings: track initiatives and drive corrective actions.
• Performance reporting: prepare weekly cost-driver reports (material variances, inventory, overtime).
• Digital transformation: maintain and enhance dashboards using BI tools to drive decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product Supply, HR, and others.
