Koch seeks an experienced IBM FileNet Developer & Administrator to join its global ECM team. You will design, develop, and support FileNet-based solutions used across the enterprise, including configuring CPE and ICN, building workflows, and integrating with other systems.

You will collaborate with global teams, participate in upgrades and deployments, and help drive AI-powered automation initiatives that enhance enterprise efficiency and innovation.

Formación

• Experience with IBM FileNet and related components.
• Hands-on FileNet Workflows / Case Manager experience.
• FileNet Administration and configuration skills.
• WAS ND administration experience.
• Proficiency in Java or C# development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support IBM FileNet solutions.
• Configure and administer FileNet environments, incl. CPE and ICN.
• Develop and maintain FileNet workflows and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in upgrades, deployments, and environment maintenance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver new capabilities.
• Support application performance monitoring and optimization.
• Participate in on-call rotations when required.
