An international organization is seeking a Head of Field Unit in Tijuana, Mexico. The role involves significant operational management and direct oversight of refugee assistance. You will represent the organization at the field level, ensuring compliance with protocols while advocating for the rights of refugees. A Bachelor's degree along with relevant experience is required. Formación

• 3 years relevant experience with Undergraduate degree; or 2 years relevant experience with Graduate degree; or 1 year relevant experience with Doctorate degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report on refugee responsibilities.
• Ensure basic needs of populations are assessed.
• Manage UNHCR resources and security measures.
• Represent UNHCR in inter-agency forums.
