As a Field Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for solving customer issues and providing a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer product inquiries and document customer information and recurring technical issues, to support product quality programs and product development.
Direct the coordination of technical and administrative support activities, including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades, to be performed at client sites.
Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommend corrective actions.
Work on problems of moderate scope, where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.
Formulate solutions for technical issues, based upon technical analysis and feasibility studies.
Bachelor’s degree completed in a technical field, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong electrical, technical product knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills; experience in a customer resolution position is highly preferred.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced, high pressure, time sensitive environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is highly preferred.
Travel availability: 10%.
