A leading global heavy machinery company is seeking a Product Service Engineer in Mexico to provide continuous support and technical guidance to customers. The role involves identifying product deficiencies, improving design, and serving as a liaison between the company and dealers. Candidates should have strong electrical or mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree or experience. This is a full-time position, requiring onsite work in Santa Catarina, with no relocation or sponsorship available.

Formación

• Strong Electrical and or Mechanical aptitude from a degree or trade background.
• Excellent communicator with technical clients and good interpersonal skills.
• Engineering or manufacturing background, familiar with materials, equipment and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Field follow and support for New Product Introduction.
• Identify and correct product deficiencies and improve product design.
• Maintain technical liaison between Caterpillar and Dealers.
• Prepare Failure Analysis and inform appropriate persons on problem solution.
• Initiate Technical Information Bulletin after solving product problems.
