Job Description

1. Solve equipment failures as quickly as possible by identifying root causes and executing necessary actions to prevent recurrence.
2. Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule, filling out checklists and closing work orders on the platform.
3. Generate and debug programs across various technologies.
4. Maintain records related to preventive and corrective maintenance, specifying causes and solutions, using company-defined software.
5. Participate in analysis meetings when defects occur in the process (Jidoka team) to determine causes and actions.
6. Send event reports and relevant points via email at the end of each shift.
7. Use analysis tools such as the 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams for troubleshooting equipment failures and scrap analysis.
8. Understand and apply TPM system guidelines and tools.
9. Participate in process improvement projects (Kaizen).
10. Join failure analysis meetings for equipment.
11. Design and document work instructions under the supervision of an engineer.
12. Generate work plans, such as preventive maintenance calendars, under supervision.
13. Apply quality criteria based on IPC-610 standards.
14. Maintain proper use of assigned tools.
15. Participate in training courses, both internal and external.
16. Meet evaluation systems and company-set goals.
17. Use spare parts management tools based on company procedures.
18. Continuously improve by optimizing activities and reducing time, following the 'Manual de Calidad Continental Guadalajara.'
19. Comply with Q and SAA system requirements as per 'Manual de Calidad Continental Guadalajara.'
20. Propose improvements and document them using the company's electronic tools.
21. Install machinery on-line or off-line following the activities list in the Gantt chart.
22. Implement actions related to the management and improvement of systems such as IATF, ISO, OHSAS, BASC, 5S, and other standards determined by the company.

4. 2 to 4 years of experience in SMD maintenance areas.
