Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Analyze reports and identify discrepancies or missing information requiring follow-up.
• Conduct monthly invoice and billing reviews to validate charges and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies and required corrections.
• Support underwriting operations by ensuring timely processing of inspections and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Apply basic understanding of property and liability exposures across various business segments.

In this role, you will support the Loss Control function by coordinating inspection requests, reviewing vendor reports for accuracy and quality, and ensuring billing and invoice processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
