Fresenius Medical Care in Reynosa, Mexico, is hiring a Failure Analysis Technician II to support product quality and reliability by investigating component and device failures. You will work under general supervision on mid- to low-level investigations, coordinate with Quality and Engineering, and enter findings into the failure analysis database.

Required are a High School Diploma with preferred Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field, 0–4 years of experience, and bilingual

• Ability to read and understand schematics and assembly drawings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research component failures to improve product quality and reliability.
• Enter each complaint part/device and investigation results into a failure analysis database.
• May provide assistance to junior staff with general support tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Refer to senior staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
• Escalate issues to supervisor for resolution as deemed necessary.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Provide reliable output on mid- to low-level investigations as directed by supervisor.

Join our passionate team and be part of this global impact.As a **Failure Analysis Technician II**, you will support product quality and reliability by identifying, investigating, and documenting component and device failures. This role focuses on **mid‐ to low‐level investigations**, working under general supervision while collaborating closely with senior staff, Quality, and Engineering teams.**Responsibilities:*** Under general supervision, follows established company policies and procedures and applies acquired job skills to identify and research component failures to improve product quality and reliability.* Work with senior staff to define failure analysis strategies based on Mid-Low level investigation trends.* Responsible for identifying and researching component failures to improve product quality and reliability.* Enter each complaint part/device and investigation results onto a failure analysis database* May provide assistance to junior staff with more general support tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.* May refer to senior staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.* Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.* Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.* Using knowledge of product able to provide reliable output on mid to low level investigations as directed by supervisor.**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma required.* Associates Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or related technical field Preferred.* 0 - 4 years' related technical experience preferred* Ability to perform component level troubleshooting with general supervision desirable.* Ability to read and understand schematics and assembly drawings is a plus.* Good understanding of mechanics.* Visa to travel to US is required.* **Bilingual (English / Spanish).
