Magna International Limited is seeking an organized Billing Clerk in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila to manage invoicing, shipping documents, and ASN validation. You will support customer requests, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with logistics teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in automotive or related roles, basic SAP and MS Office knowledge, and strong customer service orientation. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of: Inventory, Shipments, SAP, Microsoft Office.
• Customer focus and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Generate invoices and shipping documentation.
• Create picking lists using SAP.
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels.
• Follow up on customer requirements and demands.
• Transmit and validate ASN.
• Control and manage logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment and invoicing plans.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Generación de facturas y documentación de embarques.
• Elaboración de Picking Lists mediante SAP.
• Monitoreo de inventarios de producto terminado.
• Seguimiento a requerimientos y demandas de clientes.
• Transmisión y validación de ASN.
• Control y administración de documentación logística.
• Seguimiento a planes de embarque y facturación.
• Participación en actividades de mejora continua y 5´s.

Perfil Requerido

• Carrera Técnica, Preparatoria o equivalente.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en industria automotriz o puesto similar.
• Conocimientos básicos de: Inventarios Embarques SAP Microsoft Office
• Enfoque al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
