This is a unique opportunity to support critical factory operations and contribute to the digital backbone of our manufacturing processes.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for both office and shop floor IT / OT systems, ensuring smooth operations and robust cybersecurity. Dayshift | Friday–Sunday | 6 : 30 AM–6 : 30 PM
Deliver onsite support for IT / OT assets across the factory
Provide desk-side support for end users and collaboration tools
Maintain and troubleshoot kiosks, printers, scanners, CCTV, and vendor machines
Respond to cybersecurity incidents and support containment efforts
Identify and monitor critical assets requiring protection
Install and configure security patches and remediation tools
Collaborate with vendors to ensure secure system configurations
Report abnormal OT system behavior and elevate security alerts
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of professional IT support experience
Fluent in Spanish and English
Self-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Experience with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, Production equipment communications and asset management tools
ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
