BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí is seeking a Facility Operations Intern to develop a practical project linking your engineering studies to real plant tasks. You will contribute to on-site operations and gain hands-on experience in a structured internship program.

The role requires active study in Mechanical/Environmental/Industrial Engineering (6th–9th semester), an 80/100 grade, and an on-site availability from January 1 to June 30, 2027, for 40 hours per week.

• Active student in Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering (6th–9th sem).
• Minimum 80/100 grade average.
• On-site availability Jan 1–Jun 30, 2027, 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri at BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Valid RFC required.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a project that applies learned concepts with a positive impact for the BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Collaborate with the team to gain practical experience in facility operations.

Job Description: Your work will focus primarily on:

Developing a project that will lead you to acquire knowledge and to put in practice what you have learned during you career at the same time that it will generate a positive impact to the Company.

Requirements:

• Be an active student of Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering or related field of study, coursing 6th – 9th semester.
• Good grades 80/100.
• Availability (on site) from January 1 st to June 30 th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Have a valid RFC.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Teamwork, proactive and with good communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.
