CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to mid-size buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role provides preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for engineering and technical services.

You will perform inspections, diagnose problems, assist with installation and modification of equipment, review work orders, and help energy management while maintaining safety and Code compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
