SWBC is seeking a maintenance professional to perform general and routine maintenance and repair on interiors and exteriors of buildings, equipment, and grounds across our real estate portfolio. Minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks may be included, with potential oversight of these services.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of building maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile CAFM/work

Formación

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Ability to operate common hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine interior building maintenance to include painting, repairing fixtures, and minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks.
• Maintains outside property appearance and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Inspects facilities and reports maintenance needs with documentation.
• Oversees cleaning and setup for offices and conference spaces.
