A leading real estate firm in Mexico City is seeking a professional to assist with facilities management. You will support the LATAM Regional Facilities Manager, coordinate local vendors, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail. This position offers a gross monthly salary of $28,000 - $30,000, along with several benefits including a target bonus and training programs.

Formación

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

Work A dress: Hipodromo Condesa, Cuauhtemoc, CDMX

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Gross Weekly or Monthly Salary: $28,000 - 30,000

What is your day to day?
  • Assist LATAM Regional Facilities Manager with tactical planning, provide support with Corrigo Work Orders as well as JLL IFM goals and objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating, managing and dispatching local vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate and monitor Corrigo Work Orders completion and SLA adherence.
  • Assist with the coordination, scheduling, follow-up on maintenance activities.
  • Assist with managing activities at the remote LATAM client sites, ensure excellent coordination of facilities-related activities, work execution with minimal disruption of client activities.
Desired experience and technical skills
  • Experience with Corrigo or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Facilities-related experience.
