Procter & Gamble Mexico is seeking an F&A Analyst Manager in Monterrey to analyze financial data, build models, and support decision making. You will prepare reports, forecasts, and assist in closings while managing payables and receivables to optimize cash flow.

The role requires strong Excel, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, with English proficiency. A dynamic, detail-oriented environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher in economics, actuarial science, finance, accounting, or business.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics) and GAAP/IFRS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, profitability, and liquidity.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure cash flow efficiency.
