Candidates should have over 7 years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and knowledge of integrations. This challenging role involves hands-on development, automating processes, and leading projects end-to-end in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, workflows, and app development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and client-/server-side development.
• Proficient with integrations using REST, SOAP, SAML 2.0, and web services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and enhance applications using UI Builder and App Engine Studio.
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery for enterprise clients.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance applications using UI Builder, App Engine Studio, and custom app development.
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery for enterprise clients, turning requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, web services, and SAML 2.0.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical consulting, guidance, and best practices for maximizing platform value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, workflows, and app development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and client‑/server‑side development.
• Proficient with integrations using REST, SOAP, SAML 2.0, and web services.
• Familiarity with ITSM, cloud computing, SaaS/PaaS concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and enterprise service operations.

Bonus Points

• Experience with App Engine (AEM), CSM, or domain separation.
• Background with large enterprise environments or global clients.
• Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS—any track).
