Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to maintain the materials expediting program and ensure timely customer fulfillment. You will coordinate with customers, production teams, and planning to keep schedules and resolve urgent needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 2-5 years in expediting, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in expediting with suppliers.
• Advanced knowledge in material expediting and inventory control.
• Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual English-Spanish (intermediate/advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the materials expediting program and ensure customer requirements are met on time.
• Keep direct communication with customers, production staff, and planning.
• Maintain schedules and reports for urgent/critical items.
• Establish and maintain supplier material availability via expediting by email/phone.
• Collaborate with other departments to sustain inventory control programs.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

Objetivo

Mantener un programa y dar mantenimiento para el cumplimiento a tiempo de los requerimientos al cliente. Mantener comunicacion directa con clientes, personal de produccion y Planeacion.

Responsabilidades

• Mantenimiento al programa de expeditacion de materia prima y/o subensambles
• Mantenimiento a reporte y/o listado de urgentes/Criticos
• Establecer y mantener abastecimiento de material prima a travez de la expedicion via correo electronico y/o telefonica con el proveedor.
• Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos para establecer y mantener programas de control de inventarios.
• Cumplir con la politica de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e intrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.

Competencia

• Profesional Licenciatura / Ingenieria
• Experiencia 2 - 5 años en posicion o similar
• Experiencia avanzada en expedicion de materiales con proveedores
• Conocimiento avanzado en control de inventarios
• Conocimiento de programas Microsoft office: Excel avanzado de preferencia
• Habilidad para manejar multiples proyectos
• Habilidad analitica y orientacion detallada
• Habilidad en comunicacion oral y escrita
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
• Bilingue Ingles-Español (intermedio/Avanzado)
