Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation busca cubrir una vacante temporal en su Planta 4, ubicada en Heroica Matamoros, Tamps. El perfil requiere licenciatura o ingeniería y 2–5 años en expedición de materiales y control de inventarios, con experiencia en Excel avanzado y manejo de proyectos.

Se trabajará de 7:00 AM a 5:06 PM, de lunes a viernes, con enfoque en cumplimiento de requerimientos, comunicación con clientes y proveedores, y cumplimiento de Salud y Seguridad.

Formación

• Profesional Licenciatura / Ingenieria.
• Experiencia 2–5 años en posición o similar.
• Experiencia avanzada en expedición de materiales con proveedores.
• Conocimiento avanzado en control de inventarios.
• Conocimiento de Microsoft Office: Excel avanzado de preferencia.
• Habilidad para manejar múltiples proyectos.
• Habilidad analítica y orientación al detalle.
• Habilidad en comunicación oral y escrita.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Bilingüe Inglés-Español (intermedio/avanzado).

Responsabilidades

• Mantener y dar mantenimiento al programa para cumplir a tiempo los requerimientos del cliente.
• Mantener comunicación directa con clientes, producción y Planeación.
• Mantenimiento al programa de expedición de materia prima y/o subensambles.
• Mantenimiento a reportes y/o listados de urgentes/Críticos.
• Establecer y mantener abastecimiento de material prima a través de la expedición vía correo o teléfono con el proveedor.
• Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos para programas de control de inventarios.
• Cumplir con la política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y sus procedimientos.
