Formación

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to leadership. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will help streamline schedules, coordinate logistics, and support strategic initiatives, ensuring the executive team remains focused and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making and strategic projects.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep operations running smoothly.

Must-Have:

  • Based in Latin America with availability to overlap in EST hours.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar/scheduling tools).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in e-commerce or digital-first businesses.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
