A global reinsurer company in Ciudad Victoria is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Underwriting Officer. The role involves organizing meetings, managing the CUO’s calendar, coordinating travel, and preparing documents. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in a similar role, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

  • Minimum of five years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting an Executive and/or a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Exceptional diligence in handling duties.

Responsabilidades

  • Arrange business travel including flights and accommodations.
  • Manage calendar and correspondence for the Chief Underwriting Officer.

Hannover Re (Bemuda) Ltd. are currently seeking applicants for our EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT position reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer. This position provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Chief Underwriting Officer as well as the P&C Underwriting & Modelling Teams. Key tasks for this position include scheduling meetings, managing the CUO’s calendar, preparing documents, coordinating travel and maintaining records to ensure smooth daily operations. The employee shall also undertake such additional or other duties as the Company may reasonably require from time to time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize meetings to include scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes and sending reminders when necessary.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations and detailed itineraries for the Underwriting & Modelling Teams’ business travel in accordance with the Company’s internal practices.
  • Manage calendar, handle correspondence and maintain team records as required.
  • Coordinate room bookings and arrange catering requests for the Teams as needed.
  • Effectively prepare and submit expense reports and ensure they align with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documents for review and distribute as needed.
  • Manage address lists in Connex and use Connex for meetings.
  • Organise marketing material and occasional client events.
  • Act as the back-up to the Office Manager during absences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in an Executive Assistant role supporting an Executive and / or a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with exceptional diligence.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected demands.
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent ability with Microsoft Office programs and other technology tools.
