OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Program Director to lead clinical staff, oversee program integrity, and manage referrals and budget. This executive role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a focus on improving patient outcomes in a busy behavioral health setting.

You will mentor staff, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and ensure adherence to policies while advancing organizational goals and service quality.

Formación

• Master’s degree in related field and current state licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in mental health management.
• Strong leadership, integrity and teamwork abilities.
• Clinical expertise and knowledge of therapy modalities.
• Proficient in computer applications and data handling.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor clinical staff and ensure program integrity.
• Oversee referral relationships, utilization management, and budget.
• Develop and implement KPI-driven strategies for patient care.
