Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Online Advertising and SEM Specialist to drive targeted traffic, leads, and ROI through PPC across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms. This fully remote role requires hands-on experience in bid management, keyword research, ad copy, and landing page optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PPC/SEM leadership, strong analytics, and a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing large-scale PPC/SEM campaigns.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other advertising platforms.
• Strong keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex data.
• Spanish language proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Google Ads certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
• Perform thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Create compelling ad copy and landing page ideas to improve CTR and conversions.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages for conversions.
• Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with SEM, PPC, and digital advertising best practices.
