Formación

Descripción del empleo

This position is in charge of indirect purchasing, as well as responsible for ensuring that the legal requirements of our suppliers for Plant 2 of Presource (COE) are met. Additional responsibilities are the Accounting records, variance analysis and FCST/Budget of the COE operation

  • Administration of shopping carts in the SAP system for indirect expenses, as well as creating shopping carts for the Finance
  • Department and sending the generated POs, verifying expense accounts.
  • Request necessary quotations from suppliers (THREE different ones).
  • Search for and select the best suppliers based on service, quality, savings, delivery times, and validate the supplier’s tax information with the SAT.
  • Direct communication with suppliers and request information to register them in SAP.
  • Recover and confirm that the requested service was completed to full satisfaction.
  • Gather all necessary documentation to support the purchase so it can move to the next level and be received in the system for payment processing.
  • Validate electronic invoicing and retrieve invoice and XML files.
  • Attend and participate in the corporate quality audit.
  • Participate in month-end closing, generate accruals, and create accounting entries for them.
  • Maintain the file of accounting entries and the monthly and month-end closing checklist.
  • Responsible for maintaining environmental protection regulations and the company’s health and safety requirements. Comply with the company’s ethics policy and the FCPA law.
  • Promote and disseminate EPIC values and strategic taxes.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent area, preferred
