Placements24 is seeking an Inventory and Loss Prevention Coordinator for its Zapopan, Jalisco operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing loss prevention strategies, and safeguarding company assets across store operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in inventory control or loss prevention, strong analytical skills, and experience with POS systems and inventory software. A high school diploma is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

• 3+ years in inventory control, loss prevention, or related retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inventory control including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Develop and monitor loss prevention programs and procedures.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate theft, fraud or policy violations and prepare reports.
• Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect assets.
• Train staff on inventory procedures and loss prevention best practices.
• Monitor security systems and surveillance for issues.
• Collaborate with store management and corporate teams on risks.
• Maintain records of all inventory activities and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations in Jalisco.
