Job summary

A leading healthcare IT solutions provider in Mexico is seeking an Epic Access & Revenue Cycle Configuration Analyst to join a new team focused on implementing and supporting Epic EHR systems for US hospital networks. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Epic and healthcare operations. This role offers a monthly salary of $2,500 - $5,500, on-site work in a secure environment, Epic certification training, and long-term engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in configuring or supporting Epic Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Proficient in English communication for collaboration.
• Valid US visa for travel to training in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Revenue Cycle workflows within Epic.
• Support implementations, upgrades, and optimize post-go-live.
• Conduct testing cycles and maintain workflow documentation.
