Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in English and Spanish.
• Experience with problem solving, validations, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, and FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and validate manufacturing processes.
• Develop and manage manufacturing process documentation.
• Acquire, purchase and manage manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing process and equipment issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to cut costs and boost efficiency.
• Train direct labor on basic equipment operation and problem solving.
