Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking an Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) based in Chihuahua or Monterrey, with initial training in Guadalajara. This full-time role involves hands-on work with cutting-edge technology in a clinical setting, supporting physicians during arrhythmia ablation procedures and partnering with the EP Lab team.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related professional experience in a procedural hospital environment;

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required or 2+ years of related experience in a procedural hospital setting.
• Preferred: Cathlab or EP mapping experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist during arrhythmia ablation procedures and act as the eyes of the physician.
• Support EP lab team and physicians in daily operations and patient care.
• Collaborate with Electrophysiology staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient outcomes.
