• Achieve production goals and adhere to defined cycle times.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and perform routine operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and support staff to identify and repair equipment issues.
• Follow quality procedures and raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
