Our capabilities span generative and agentic AI, cloud migration and modernization, cloud-native application development, data and analytics, DevOps, managed services, security and compliance, and customer experience transformation. At Caylent, our people always come first.

We are a fully remote global company with employees in Canada, the United States and Latin America. We celebrate the culture of each of our team members and foster a community of technological curiosity. Come talk to us to learn more about what it means to be a Caylien!

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management team. The right candidate is someone who thrives in enterprise environments, has a background in consulting and project delivery, and is passionate about aligning technology with business strategy.

Your mission is to oversee large-scale, complex cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with customer executives and internal teams to define strategic goals, manage delivery execution, and drive measurable outcomes.

You will also contribute to deliver best practices and team mentorship while ensuring Caylent’s values are reflected in every engagement.

Your Assignment
  • Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise-level projects related to cloud adoption, AI strategy, migrations, and transformation. You will ensure alignment with client goals and organizational strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, senior leadership, and internal teams. Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating where necessary and ensuring that mitigation plans are in place to keep projects on track.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within financial constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Drive continuous improvement practices within the team and with clients.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, and issues. Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, cloud providers, and third-party partners as needed to ensure program success.
  • Account Oversight: Serve as a trusted member of an account team working closely with sales and technical account team members to drive overall account success including expansion or extension opportunities. Support and lead Steering Committee and Quarterly Business Reviews within the account.
Your Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise project management, with at least 5 years in the IT/cloud consulting industry. Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a requirement.
  • Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 10 or more people, with multiple project workstreams and over $5M+ budget.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools with ability to develop complex, multi-year client roadmaps.
  • Experience leading client Agile transformations with the ability to tailor project management approach to client capability and needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of a client organization across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks and teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with forecasting, planning and reporting.
Preferred:
