Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead architecture decisions across ERP ecosystems and integration landscapes. You will interface with customer CTOs, align IT roadmaps with Wipro POVs, and support multiple accounts through the sales and delivery lifecycle.

Role requires 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and strong influence across stakeholders. Global travel and AI-assisted architecture work are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP ecosystem and scale.
• Integration architecture exposure with MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Boomi, or equivalent.
• Application rationalization with real data, cost models and retirement recommendations implemented.
• Fluency in BPM and process architecture; identify tech vs. symptom solutions.
• Working knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Ability to influence without formal authority across tech/business stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth operating environment, not just consulting.
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate architecture work.

• Prepare technical solutions to RFPs and RFIs.

• Develop product demonstrations from specification to delivery.
• Drive high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations.
• Demonstrate typical product concepts (SAP, Oracle, GIS) used in utilities.
• Provide technical and product directions to the account team to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer sites worldwide.

Enterprise Architect - Architecture

• 8+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience with a track record of owning decisions end-to-end, not just advising on them
• Demonstrated experience with ERP ecosystems — SAP S/4HANA specifically; knows where the seams are and what breaks at scale
• Integration architecture exposure sufficient to hold a substantive point of view in the room (MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Boomi, or equivalent)
• Application rationalization experience with real data: cost models, capability assessments, and retirement recommendations that were implemented
• Fluency in BPM and process architecture — ability to read a broken process and determine whether technology is the solution or the symptom
• Working knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) applied pragmatically, not ceremonially
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-moving operating environment — not just consulting engagements into one
• Active, practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate architecture work — fit-gap analysis, documentation, pattern generation
