Kids&Us Guadalajara is seeking an English teacher to provide high-quality education and support student development following the school's unique Kids&Us method. You will prepare classes, guide students toward learning objectives, monitor progress, and regularly inform families about progress including term reports and parent meetings.

As part of a collaborative team, you will attend training, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and foster strong relationships with students' families to

• Monitor students’ learning progress and help them achieve objectives.
• Keep a register of attendance and marks.
• Inform families about learning progress and write term reports.
• Attend training sessions to stay up to date on the method and new teaching techniques.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with students’ families.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other teachers.
• Hold parent-teacher meetings and engage families in school activities.

Responsible for providing high-quality education and supporting the development of the students in accordance with the school's unique teaching method.

DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

Prepare the classes and teach and guide the students towards the learning objectives so that they successfully learn English.

• Plan, prepare, teach and give classes according to the Kids&Us method to ensure the students learn.
• Monitor the students’ learning progress and help them achieve their objectives.
• Keep a register of the students’ attendance and their marks.
• Be ready to deal with any kind of situation that may arise in the classroom and know how to
• Regularly inform the families about their child’s learning progress.
• Write term reports.
• Participate in team meetings and work with the other teachers.
• Attend training sessions to stay up to date on the method and new teaching techniques.
• Contribute to the positive and welcoming atmosphere at the school.
• Build strong and engaging relationships with the students' families to support their academic and emotional progress.
• Foster solid relationships with the students’ families.
• Attend and participate in meetings with the families.
• Hold parent-teacher meetings. Participate in the various activities in which families are
• involved to foster a collaborative and positive relationship.
• Communicate regularly with families about the students' academic and emotional progress.
• Listen to and address the needs and concerns of families and provide effective, personalised solutions when necessary.
• Work alongside the families to ensure a supportive and motivating environment at home and at the school.
