Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or strong math/science background required.
• Reads blueprints/drawings and interprets process data.
• Leads/trains front-line teams and may supervise maintenance personnel.
• BS degree in a technical field preferred and belt certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches new engineering personnel on equipment and processes.
• Interprets data from processes to solve problems.
• Works with teams on product innovation and cost reduction projects.
• Troubleshoots equipment and process issues.
• Develops and implements testing and integration of equipment.
