Tenaris in Veracruz, MX is seeking a dynamic Engineering Senior Analyst to lead multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects from concept through detailed engineering and implementation. We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong leadership potential, project management skills, and a passion for driving engineering solutions in complex industrial environments. This position offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects, coordinate engineering activities, and contribute to large-scale industrial developments while leveraging innovative technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3years of experience in engineering, projects, industrial operations, or related technical environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, teams, or engineering activities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Intermediate to Advanced English (B1+).
• Availability to travel.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to power systems, automation, industrial controls, motor control systems, or electrical design.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry environments.
