Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, develop and execute capital projects in our manufacturing environments. You will work with engineering, operations and finance to define budgets, forecast cash flow and implement state-of-the-art processes ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, fluency in the relevant tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, COUPA) and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing capital projects within manufacturing facilities.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and WCM.
• Proficient in defining technical scope and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute capital projects within engineering and supply chain context.
• Define and deliver capital budgets and forecast cash flow in line with contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver capital investment agendas during development phases.

How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

• Certificación en Project Management o Construction Management | deseable
• Manejo de paqueteria Office, Autocad, MS Project y COUPA
• Inglés intermedio - avanzando
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años
• Horario laboral: Lunes a Viernes full time con disponibilidad de tiempo
• No Relocation support available
