A global leader in communications technology is seeking an Engineer III, NPI to join their team in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. This role will focus on supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring they are manufacturable and efficiently produced. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, 2-5 years of experience, and strong skills in teamwork and problem solving. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Formación

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Process Development Engineer III within the NPI team focuses on supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products. This role ensures that new products are manufacturable and can be efficiently produced at the production sites. The engineer provides technical support and guidance to optimize manufacturing processes, contributing to smooth and effective production.

Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electromechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in engineering.
  • Team management.
  • Project management.
Skills Required
  • Bilingual: English proficiency spoken and written.
  • Proactive, teamwork and availability.
  • Process capability analysis.
  • Proven deployed idea problem solving approach.
  • Assist in managing NPI projects, supporting the transition from concept to introduction.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturing principles.
  • Help analyze problems and contribute to developing practical solutions.
  • Support and collaborate with team members, learning from experienced engineers.
  • Develop written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Dedication and commitment to activities and projects.
