Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY

Create the environment for top college/university talent to demonstrate their performance and potential by exposing them to a broad range of experiences in Engineering early in their career, in order to build the diverse, global leadership perspectives and capabilities needed to partner across functions, groups and geographies.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Support transition processes between assignments.
  • Provide feedback & recommendations on program effectiveness.
  • Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and third-party vendor if applicable.
  • Provide technical support for the approval/ validation of changes/ improvements in supplier processes.
  • Provide technical support for the resolution of component quality issues.
  • Potentially coordinate RMI/CAD/BOM actives.
  • Produce component cost comparisons and analyze alternative manufacturing methods for cost improvement projects (CIP’S).
  • Sustain supply chain continuity by qualifying and validating process, method, equipment or component as per approval procedures.
  • Manages ETQ database for assigned NC’S and CAPA’S completes actions by due dates and provides periodic updates to management.
  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
  • Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
