Bain & Company Mexico City is seeking an Associate to join the BCN ENR COE, delivering data-driven analyses for energy and chemicals clients. You will support global teams, develop hypotheses, and present findings in client-ready formats.

We value hands-on consulting delivery, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work in-office four days a week in Mexico City. English fluency is required for collaboration with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with 2–4 years consulting experience, or Master’s degree up to 2 years in chemicals/oil & gas consulting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work in-office at least four days per week in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Take project ownership and manage complex case deliverables with minimal support.
• Develop understanding of chemicals and related businesses across geographies.
• Generate hypotheses to answer business questions using strong logic.
• Use analytical tools and internal repositories to extract information (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Deliver client-ready documents with actionable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with BCN teams and clients in meetings.
• Lead project work streams with 1–2 analysts.
• Handle pressure and meet deadlines.
