Formación

• Prior experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care.
• 2 years of experience in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Make prompt outreach calls to prospective families.
• Conduct comprehensive intake screenings.
• Accurately record and manage intake data in Salesforce.
• Proactively re-engage families to improve conversion rates.
