DoorDash is seeking a Physical Security Agent for the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) to monitor, triage, and respond to incidents affecting our global workforce, assets, and operations. You will analyze alerts, coordinate actions, and escalate issues per GSS protocols.

Qualificações

• 2–4+ years of experience in emergency management, public safety, dispatch, GSOC or related security operations
• CPR, First Aid, AED certification (current)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and assess alerts from global systems to identify threats or incidents
• Patrol and assess behavioral escalations or concerns
• Conduct routine lobby and facility patrols for safety and compliance
• Perform door, camera, and access point checks
• Manage employee and guest badging and access levels
• Triage incidents to determine severity and escalation needs
• Serve as initial contact for incident reporting and ensure accurate information capture
• De-escalate situations involving employees, vendors, and guests
• Support activation of emergency response and crisis protocols
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during incident response
• Disseminate timely situational updates to stakeholders
• Maintain logs, post orders, and audit records
• Support after-hours and events with incident monitoring and response
