The Email Operations Consultant ensures every email is thoroughly reviewed, validated, and ready for deployment across Customer Relationship Management and loyalty campaigns. Using expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s content tools and quality assurance best practices, this role assembles and checks email assets built from pre-approved templates and modules.
Working closely with the Content team and Activation roles, the Consultant ensures all assets meet quality standards and QA checkpoints before launch. As the team’s expert in content configuration and validation, this role safeguards operational precision and delivers consumer-ready email experiences—without requiring coding or backend development.
