QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA is seeking a Product Development and Test Engineer to validate, debug and deploy test solutions for 5G IPs in FinFET processes. You will work with IC Design, Software, Systems and Operations to ensure high-volume manufacturability and robust production testing.

Preferred candidates hold advanced degrees in Electrical/Electronics or CS and have hands-on experience with circuit design, test equipment, and data analysis.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, CS, or related fields.
• Over 1 year of product development, test validation and high-volume SOC production activity.
• Knowledge of CPU, memory interfaces and high-speed Serdes is a plus.
• Hands-on with measurement equipment and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Operate ATE to validate and debug new product functionality.
• Develop test HW/SW and characterize across corner conditions.
• Release cost-effective production test solutions for mass manufacturing.
• Collaborate with IC Design, Software, Systems and Operations teams.
