We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of testing strategies and solutions in our electrical / electronic manufacturing facility.Electrical Test EngineerDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and performance.Craft and update test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with testing equipment and personal computers.Set up, operate, maintain, modify, and calibrate testing equipment.Adjust equipment and update programs to meet required tolerances.Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment and processes.Evaluate equipment uptime against department standards.Prioritize workloads effectively and provide guidance to team members.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with 3-5 years of experience within the electronics industry, and proven experience as a Test Engineer.

Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of wireless product testing, analytical skills, attention to detail, commitment to quality standards, and effective communication skills.
