Marsh has an exciting opportunity for a GRADUATE to join our Commercial Team in our Office in Arcos Bosques - México. You will embark on a structured program including technical and theoretical training, plus on-the-job coaching from a Mentor and a Buddy.

You will engage in relationship-building with colleagues, work with Marsh’s global platform, and participate in high-quality learning programs. This entry role offers development and international exposure.

Formación

• New graduate or a bachelor’s degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering Industrial, Actuary, Economics, or Administration.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years.
• A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships and skills in numerical analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• English language fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate with the reinsurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Property & Casualty lines.
• Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
• Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
• Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.
