Flex is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead EH&S programs at the Guadalajara North Campus. You will supervise a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety initiatives across offices and plants.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience in EH&S.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in EH&S and knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines.
• Experience in metal mechanics industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a group of employees implementing EH&S programs in offices and manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with company and government standards and regulations.
• Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for EH&S activities.
• Conduct meetings on environmental safety, training and awareness programs.
• Maintain buildings, furniture and fixtures in accordance with regulations.
• Recruit and retain a qualified, motivated workforce and implement HR strategies.
