A leading manufacturing company located in Tijuana is looking for an EHS Leader to manage safety, environmental, and hygiene standards. The role requires overseeing compliance with regulations and developing EHS programs while leading investigations on incidents. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or EHS field and a minimum of 3 years in a similar position. Proficiency in English is a must. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and implement safety, environmental, and hygiene standards.
• Develop and maintain critical safety and health programs.
• Lead investigations on recordable and no recordable incidents.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Hands-On Problem Solver

Experience managing a team

Educación
