A global leader in industrial coatings is seeking an EHS Analyst in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. You will design and implement compliance strategies with Mexican Standards and corporate policies in Environment, Safety, and Industrial Hygiene. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, leading safety initiatives, incident investigations, and coordinating sustainable development strategies. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, 3 years in the chemical industry, and technical knowledge of EHS legislation. Health and life insurance benefits are included.

Position Overview

As a HEALT AND SAFETY (EHS) Analyst you will design and ensure the implementation and compliance with Mexican Standards and corporate policies and strategies in the field of Environment, Safety and Industrial Hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will ensure legal compliance at Plant
  • Bring safety strategy for accident / incident prevention at plants.
  • You will have accountability to lead the MOC programs, Incident Investigation, Behavioral Programs.
  • Guide internal audits for the different cells and customer lines reporting to PPG.
  • You will coordinate strategies for sustainable development with the different managements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of 3 years working in Chemical Industry or Manufacture.
  • Technical knowledge of Mexican Legislation in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, industrial safety in chemical processes, emergency response, root cause analysis.
  • English at least one year of fluid.
