Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in technical field or strong Math/Science background is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Reads blueprints and/or drawings.
• Experience in technician and/or operator roles that lead to better understanding of equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches new engineering personnel on equipment and processes.
• Interprets data from processes to solve problems.
• Collaborates on product innovation and cost-reduction projects.
• Troubleshoots process and equipment issues.
• Works with engineers to test and integrate equipment.
• Supports safety, health, and environmental compliance.
